Any way to wire up this 38w 168v fan?

I had a loose socket that burned out a sharp air ionizers electronics board. So I opened it up to try and fix it, which turned out to be impossible. But the fan seemed like it should be ok, as well as the actual air Ionizer package.

If anyone could help with this I'd really appreciate it, want to try and wire it into a new cabinet for obvious reasons.

Nobody has any suggestions? Google hasn't been very helpful either, unless I can find the exact output from another power adapter.
