There are just too many variables to make more than a ball-park guess.
At the minimum you should get 2oz/plant. That's fully trimmed, dried, cured and ready to roll. If all goes well I'd expect 3-4oz per. If you trim really tight to the bud like I do your bud yield will be maybe 25% lower but you'll have lots more sugar that is every bit as good as the bud and great for making dry sift, oils, budders or baking in brownies. I only use the top colas and golf ball sized buds for doing the full Monty to make smoke-able bud. Everything else gets a quick trim to take off anything with no sugar and either processed straight off the plant or sealed up and frozen fresh for later use. I do not hang to dry but final trim and use doubled up paper bags to dry slowly over 3 - 5 weeks then jar and burp for another month for the aging and final dry. All the real curing happens during the dry before it gets into a jar.

To this. Same buds. OG#18. 40 days from harvest to ready but still a bit damp so the aging goes on. I'm smoking the last 1/2oz now. Found it in the back of the cupboard a couple weeks ago. 3 years old and still one of the nicest stones.
