Anybody else use or used the Resistance Band Tie Down Technique?

I have used this technique for my last 3 girls and this will be my 4th and my best as I have learnt the dos and donts and the results have been better an better every time. Anyway I'll attach some pics. The trick is to use elastic tie which on windy days actually makes the plant work against the Resistance from the elastic ties. Anyway here is is
