Anybody have an idea what this is?

There's a tiny bug on the root and I'm not 100% sure what it is. My plants are showing symptoms of Russet mites...but this doesn't look like a Russet.. Thanks ahead of time

Hard to tell. Looks like it's facing away from the camera. Maybe root aphid? Check the website:

Pretty sure you got a root aphid there, which there are many types...probably laying eggs.
