anybody on here have good sucess with a 400w scrog??

about to scrog 3 plants in a 3x2x5.5ft tent... White Widow x Afghan kush...using a vented 400w hps...has anybody done a 400w scrog? if so, did it really maximize yeild? nd would you prefer scroggin to other?

Look around.. About 100 people have scrogged with a 400.

what is a scrog? what does it do? what does it look like?

SCROG is not to be confused with a SOG. Unlike a SOG wich uses many plants to create "forest" of buds, A SCROG uses a screen to create a "field" of buds with few plants. Using roughly 2"x2" squares, made from wire mesh, chicken wire etc, you "train" and weave your plants growing tips back down through the screen to keep an even layer across.

Plenty of people have great succes using this method with just a 400
