DMT is a Schedule I substance (I know that without looking). The penalties of its posession fall into that of other schedule I substances. You can simply look up "Controlled Substances" or "Scheduled Substances" under the "Controlled Substance Act". Hell.. the "Legal Status" on wikipedia would have told you that much. Lol my friend just got some herb with DMT on it from someone(my friend did not research DMT before using) he said he saw hella demons and reptile like beings-they were everywhere around him he said.
He stated that he felt very unwelcome,like he was in "their" turf
his trip want limited to his house but he tried to walk on foot and said it was difficult to navigate the city to then finished the trip in his parked car.
