Anyone ever thought of starting a legal marijuana dispensary?

I know there is a school that teaches all that,

I just want to know if anyone can think about Marijuana as a legitimate business, with the way the laws are now?

If you're prepared to do jail time, a lot of jail time, and you manage to run long enough before that happens to be worthwhile... Then yes, it's a legitimate business. One of the few businesses that can get you arrested and locked up for life while following all the rules.
