I found an abandonded oldsmobile by some railroad tracks, towed it to the dealership and traded it in for cash for clunkers and now i drive a new prius and i love it because i got it with free money and im helping stop global warming too! Thank you President Obama!

na buddy , you have to show ownership for 12 months along with proof of insurance for 12 months and if they dont follow the guidlines then they dont get paid from the goverment so im pretty sure they just let you turn in a car without a title and said here you go have fun in your new car , ya buddy keep smoking
