Alright so, in my grow space(garage), there are no rafters where I would like to hang my four 4ft fluorescent lights.
Anyone have any ideas on something I could construct to be able to hang these lights that wont break my bank?
I was thinking of just building a wooden 6'x6'x6' frame with some wooden beams across the top.
I feel like there might be an easier way to do this though and im just not thinking of it...

any takers?

Whats the roof made out of? If its crete (under ground garage) wedge anchors or dropins will suit you fine and you can buy them individually (Youll need a hammer drill though).-S0uP

Yeah I dont have a hammer drill:( only a really nice makita drill my girlfriend bought for us.

the inside roof of my garage is made up simply of diagonal beams and plywood i guess that ascend upwards towards the middle of the garage at about 20-25' feet high.
Im coming under them at about 12-15 feet high.

Maybe just drilling a hole and screwing in a couple of hooks with a chain hanging down?

Yup, Eye hooks, S hooks and cheap chain, not more than 2 bucks a foot. Id say grab the 3/8ths Eyes and pre drill bout 2 inches into your 2x4 with a 1/4 inch bit. that will hold any reflector you could think of and give you some piece of mind.-S0uP

A large screw into the top of 2 door frames, tie strong wire from one to the other and hang the light of the 'anchor' wire, cheap way of doing it, dont hang heavy lights off it.
