Hey Guys, I'm new here but I'm going on my 18th year as a indoor grower.
Has anyone heard of the brand Growop Technologies? Here is there webpage http://www.growopltd.com/ .
I need to replace my Can 100 carbon filters and I saw that there was a company selling the Growop brand carbon filter that is the same size for half the price as my Can 100's. The first number is the flange width (I have a call into them to see what the width of the actual filter is). It would be nice to find out from someone here if these are good or if they are junk before I spend my money. I bought a generic carbon filter on ebay before for my drying shed but it turned out to be total crap. When you moved the thing it would dump black carbon dust everywhere.
I have bought there Growop Floros bulbs and they work great. Actually the filament on the 600hps is 1" longer than my plantmax bulbs and produced 85k lumens on my light meter. I don't know what the light spectrum is but I supplement my room with metal halide light so it's not a big concern. So I'm very happy with those.
I'm going to try and refill my Can 100's but I'm also in the market for more filters anyway.
