I'm going to be trying out Fox Farm's Peace of Mind, I ended up getting the All Purpose 5-5-5 to get things rolling. Anyone here have any experience with this outdoors? Im looking for some solid info and maybe a few tricks, so +rep to whoever can chime in with something I can use. :peace:

i love the stuff. i have the all purpose and the fruit and flower. i have yet to try it outdoors though. indoors though i use a tbsp per gal of soil. and then every two weeks i make a tea with it to feed with. also use molasses. when using POM it will keep your micro life thriving. the root balls or crazy from this stuff. but for outdoors i would probably go out like two weeks prior to planting and work some of it into the soil cause it takes a little while to start breaking down. then right before you plant mix a little more in closer to the top of your hole. and instead of making a tea since you are outside like once a month go and sprinkle some around the plant and work it in then water it in. maybe even try looking for some dry molasses to mix in with it. but you wont be disappointed i can tell you that.

it is a very good dry fert., it comes with micro organisms that really boost your roots system and cause them to get enormous. the micro fungi in it attaches itself to your roots and channels the nute right in and makes them more accessible to the plant.

glad to hear you like it. the guy @ the hydro shop swore by it for outdoor. since most of my seedlings are in the ground, I'll just start using it as a top dressing. I'll def be making some of that tea and comparing results.

the tea is great! i am using a tbsp of pom and a tbsp of molasses per gal right now at bubble it for 24hrs, it seems to be doing very good. it is very inexpensive too.
