Anyone know anything about ... Herbud 4-2-0?

Hi, I just got a bottle of Herbud 4-2-0 from the local store for free with my order, it says spray on the plants right before you change light cycles, and 2 weeks after that. Any clue what it does or how it works?

sounds like someone just made a product with the numbers 420 on it so stoners would buy it.
i mean, technically the nitrogen boost (4) would be helpful to the plant as they use nitrogen in flowering.
4 is a somewhat small amount of nitrogen, but i suppose that if it's just a transitional foliar spray, it makes sense.
