congrats man,, Yes, youtube does kick out money after you get so many Clicks on your vids. They have pretty much always operated this way.

.001%? they really didnt promise anything, so they could be paying you a cent on the dollar for the ads near your vid

theyre waiting for you to give them permission to advertise on your video so they can make money off of you i bet

honestly if i could make a cent for every time someone clicks something i would do it. just think, if you had been advertising already, and that were the ratio, you would already have $250
