Anyone know how I can get ahold of C.A.P.? My Monster ebb & Flow controller's top overflow float switch stays in the overflowing position. Therefor the controller will not fill & my babies starve. This thing is a piece of shit. If it isn't leaking cuz the fittings aren't worth a shit they are not threaded like they should be, than it's not filling & my shit ended up wilting. It's F'd me beyond explaining.... Grrrr I don't know what's worse C.A.P.'s ebb & flow system or Hydro Innovation's Hydrogen Pro CO2 Burner which lights & shuts off. I'm on my FOURTH igniter box.:neutral:

thats a bummer dude. Their controller do malfunction a lot. And just because they have a 5yr warranty on their controllers, doesnt mean your plants are covered....

that's CAPs website.
here is their phone number
(866)476 9768

Chances are, they will not help you directly, and will instead make you go through the retailer that you bought your products from.
Good luck...lol

stays in the overflow position?? you mean like it doesnt pivot or something?? does it move?? pics lol??
i have not heard very many good things about the monster system, although i have had my 2 gal system for 3 (well on my third) grows and am extremely happy with it overall.

no its a magnetic float switch. So its just a plastic piece that pivots up & down & the sensor reads it magnetically. Thanx Clown for the info. I hope thats not true abou dealing w/ me tho cuz I bought it through an internet company on the other side of the Country. Than they had it shipped straight from C.A.P. for a surprise we need another $60 on top of the prob $100 we allready charged for shipping & handling than you'll get it since its been like 10 days already after the pain in the ass getting my addr verified finally on a 3way w/ them & my credit card company. Don't do business w/ Better Grow Hydro. Their cheap but S&H is insane & your F'd if something goes wrong. They're total ASSHOLES & you had BETTER still have the original boxing. It's total BS. ON top of all of these problems the F'n Monster leaked because of their cheap ass bucket grommets & I had to clean that shit up. Tomo I going to go buy bulk head fittings for each bucket. I'm thinking about putting a custom float in too but than the warranty will be void & what if something else goes wrong? I'm also thinking of buying the Titan ebb & flow control bucket & using that w/ my custom fitted Monster buckets. I'm willing to bet though by the time I buy 14 bulkhead fittings & threaded barb fittings that'll fit the hoses to them it'll cost me close $100. On top of the 1st & only grow I used w/ it that I had to cut early cuz the faulty switch starved them by the time I figured out & 3 floods i've cleaned up because of this piece of shit I bet this thing has cost me well into a couple grand. SAVE YOURSELFS A WORLD OF HURT & IF YOUR A SERIOUS GROWER SPRED THE WORD THAT CAP IS SHIT!!!

Damn sry to hear that. I use co2 tanks for the co2 I decided a while back burning some propane was just too many mechanics for.co2. Caps floats are goofy I set mine to work normally then I go down there a day later and they never pumped back to the res. Cause the damn float got stuck in the down position so after a few jiggles she works fine. Your lucky u didn't buy the monster when they still had the big pump in them. The pump was so big that it couldn't ever pump the water out low enough to shut the valve off lol. What a bunch of non testing their equipment assholes. FYI if u look into it more u can make your own brain. I believe their on here somewhere.
