Anyone know the cause behind this plant

Leaves are pointing up and others are twisting temp at 71 degrees good air flow , distilled water it's close to 2 weeks old

What are you growing in, soil or hydro, hard to tell, looks like strait perlite, or is there soil beneath?

Ditto DT's questions. If that's straight perlite and its getting nothing but distilled water it is lucky to look that good.
