I need help identifying this insects. I looks like a baby insects. I had to zoom in camera to see Could it be a baby grasshopper or a lookalike

Looks like one of those assassins bugs. Be careful, they give you chaga and you die eventually...

Need some Bt-k or Bt-a, thats most effective against the young ones. Older ones are hard to kill. If you have a plauge around the yard, then consider bait balls with BT or Nolo bait.
Probably ought to use a knockdown spray to kill the tiny ones and eggs, (soapy water with garlic oil, spinosad, etc) then use the Bt for IPM.
Bt with DE or Kaolin clay and essential oils makes a good mix for outdoors, helps protect Bt from UV degradation.
 
can you see any of these around the leaves? if so, its a grasshopper, i would say grasshopper family. the pic is grasshopper frass (shit)
