anyone know what the humidity is supposed to be in your room

40-55% is generally considered acceptable for all applications. The grow fanatics will keep a higher RH (relative humidity) during seedling and early vegetation and will lower the RH down to around 45% during flowering

what about temp

germination temp depends on the strain. Most seem to do well at 68-75F. Some strains that are harder to grow require temps right around 85F. Mine are in veg and seem very happy at 72F. I would recommend a veg temp between 68-80 for most strains and avoid going over 85-90F
