Anyone know what's wrong with this seedling?

Heat stress at least. What is it in? Besides the cup.

It's in pro mix light nutes, flushed anyway just in case... I germinated 6 different strains all were good but 3 seeds (all the same genitic) turned out like this. 2 have recovered this ones still messed up .all seedlings were in the same conditions.

got one doing that right now i put a tad bit to much ph up in my water turnt out being like 9.8 no nutes gave em a drink 2 out of six went spastic just like that

I dont get it, all the seedlings are great, 4-5 " tall
Everything watered with same nutes, the 3 pure kush all looked like that. The other 30 are fine.
I flushed the 3 bad ones and put them back under the dome and 2 recovered.
No big deal to lose one, but I'd like to figure out what happened
