Anyone know where to find info about starting up a delivery service?

I was just wondering if anyone knows the right channels to do things, there is only one collective in my area but a few delivery services and I would like to offer my extra medicine to others at a fair price but to be able to advertise legally etc.

Thanks for any help you may give, I am also looking for a way to distribute my seeds for free to people who want them and that would be a legal way to go about it too.

Trust me, I am not on a path of wreckless abandon. I wouldn't endanger myself or my family without first consulting a professional. I just want a spot to start from.
