Anyone seen this before?

Not sure if it's nutrient burns or fungus or whats up. Tell me what ya think, seems to only be in one lower area of the plant. Indoors/soil. Day 15 flower, good airflow.

The last pic is probably windburn and lack of light on a low leaf.

Does the white wipe off. If so its probably a mold if not probably not. You do have some clawing, burning tips, and dead spots. Your likely feeding at to high of an ec as well. You should do a slurry and check your ph and current ec in the soil. Potassium deficiency can appear white
