Hey guy's anyone up for some training ?
I'll start with how i will be doing my training on the February the 1st
Get up @ 7am -
Drink 400ml of Milc = 19.8g Protein
Eat 2 Slices of Toast and 1 Egg i also eat dif. stuff like Peanut Butter or i whip myself a Joghurt together. That gives u about another 10-20g Protein
We are allready half way to becoming more muscly ^^
Ok so then I start off at 8 am - with 100 Sit ups and 50 Push ups. Nope i'm not going to do the break stuff that evryone else does. I dont have the time..
Should be about 8:15 am now. Then i start doing my weights 50 Times (untill your dead basicly, Push yourself ).
In each hand i use 10 KG's (week1) 12.5 KG's (week2) and keep adding 2.5 untill i hit 17.5
Its 8:30 now time to hit the shower.
9:00 am - Have a little snack. Salami or cheese or bacon Sandwich. This will hit your protein levels up to 15 gramms.
9:30 am Do some work whatever, play some golf ... u know what i mean
11:00 am - Drink some chocolate energy drink ^^ 3,5 g's Protein per 100ml ? 10.5 g's !
12:00 am - Eat something descent - like Meat ( chicken ) and some Pasta !
I bet if you eat 300 gramms of pasta and chicken together you will gain another 24 gramms protein no problem !
So its 12:30 pm now you have totally eatin to much ^^ Dont sit down, do some runing, otherwise you will just pooooo it out ^^ LOL .....
Well by 12:30 pm you allready have taken 70g's Protein another 50 to gain real muscle ! with 70g's you can keep those muscle's ... u just eat the whole day you'r body realy needed....
13:00 Pm : Do another 50 Press ups and 100 sit ups !
13:30 Pm : Drink another Energy Drink
14:00 Pm : This when i start to Train my back and my Chest !
Get yourself your weights, try first, then add another 2 kg's to that amount u feel comfortable with. This way you are allready overtraining your muscles and maximises your muscle build ^^
I will be using 50-70 Kg's because i want to do atleast 25 Presses !
For my Back i take my hand weights again. Use 10 Kg's and do the Angel in the Snow movement ! except in the air ^^
Hold it 5 seconds at the top let go..... and then do this 3 times 10 !
add weights every week by 2.5 kg's !
Its 15:00 pm now... Go back to work. Eat a little snickers or somin like that...
The day is yours untill 18:00 pm then i will start to eat again. I will make myself a 400 gramms meal. Whatever i feel like eating !
20:00 pm - Repeat the Morning Training Steps...
100 sit ups and 50 press ups ! 12.5 Kg's Weights...

Do this every day ! You will be 1 huge motherfucker ^^ trust me...
Oh yeah for your legs... i walk around with 2.5 kg's weights around my legs for 1-2 hours a day
