Anyone use Gaia Green products? organics newbie

Hey everyone, im brand new to organincs and i want to start simple so im going with premixed. just wondering if anyone has advice with gaia green products.
Plants wil be outdoors in 20gal containers, for a medium a mixture
promixhp w/ mycho60%
coco30%
extra perlite 10%.

recomended dosage is 4tbls/gal of soil. will this be sufficient for most of veg cycle, and then just topdress w/ power bloom later. do i need to let the mixture cook with the premix type?

any advice on these or simillar products would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
