Anyone use Growstones?

Big & Chunky perlite, which I normally use is on back order since March...I'm pissed!
Looking for alternative media and I found "Growstones"

Anyone use it? I'm running Bato/Hempy buckets and the Company info looks perfect for them.

But I like some first hand info from growers who actually used them. It's expensive but reusable.

any tips? store was out of hydroton so i picked up this up instead....do i have to wash it as much as a new bag of hydroton?

It has much less dust than hydroton. A quick rinse should be enough. I used it a lot since the last post and I love it. Just be careful to not cut yourself, that stuff is sharp... made of glass afterall. Always wear work gloves.
