anyone used one of these fan speed controllers?

It will make it hum like a little bitch, You want one with a variac . Unfortunately they are more expensive +£50.


i use the sms single fan speed controller £40 on my RVK150L1 along with 6" insulated ducting.

jondamon that fans done the trick for the temps just as the weather turned colder tho but it is seriously LOUD ive got the 6"insulated ducting which is also massive i had to put a reducer on the other side of my air cooled hood to fit some 4"ducting to my carbon filter this slowed it down a bit as before i fitted that my vent is outside and the hot air was whistling out of it! but when it gets colder ill swap it so that intake brings in cool air and the hot air is exhasted outside the room(did this last year worked well) but i'm gonna have to wait to get the fan controller as i've spent way too much money on a non-profit personal grow
can you hear your fan going in the loft?
