Anyone using those spots with reds and blues as supplemental with T5s?

I wouldn't get the ones with UV and IR in them. It's UV-A, which won't do much for potency but will make it dangerous to be around. The IR probably won't help much either but will likely cause stretching. I would get ones with red and blue only like this one. They should work well enough though, if you used 1 or 2 per square foot. At a little over 50 cents/w it's certainly a bargain, if they're any good.

doubtful it has uv as those leds are upwards of $100 apeice.
