No. The hysteria over her enormous popularity will trigger a backlash in both establishment parties, who will then do everything they can to blame her for losing.
Hint: she's popular because she's saying what American citizens are thinking. That's the mark of a true leader.

Both sides hate her and yet after only a few weeks she's the most popular US Representative in office. She's definitely doing something right.
