Their site does not do them justice- they do not hardly update it.. ever. Lol but that leads me to assume most of their consumer market is calling in, getting in touch for probably larger #'s than what us online browsers need Hence, no need to update the site if they are still getting the business..
Get in touch with em, mine hasn't shit out so I couldn't speak first hand, nor would I expect them to cover me since I've opened it- but they have told myself AND others they "you'll be covered"

It's limited lifetime.
Straight form AT's mouth 10min ago.
There are some business things going on behind the scenes and have held up the website and things for a while now. That will all be resolved soon and will do us customers a great benefit.
When in doubt...call and ask apache...emails work too
