Aphids ?

Yep.. Get some Spinosad, and soil drench. The reason you haven't seen them on the leafs is because this species are root aphids, but won't hurt to get a head start on the tops. You can save em'.. just don't spray the leaf surface during lights on. Once you root them out in a small container, apply once a week till they're gone.. right before lights out. Flood the F out of them with the Spinosad, but not to the point of over watering. Wait for the dry out, and flood them again.

I never had them before so I wasn’t sure. I actually have some spinosad maybe I'll give it a try. Do they fly ? How easy is it for them to spread from one room to another? I kept it in the zip lock bag except when I watered it twice over the sink. Thank you for the info.

They stay in the soil. Other species attack the plant itself. It's an easy fix at this point, but I never bring in clones. Too risky. I've been operating a commercial grow since 2018, and have seen Springtails, Fungus Gnats, but thats about it. I've never brought anything into my grow except seeds. Im a pheno hunter tho. They do not fly. Only Fungus Gnats or Winged Rood Aphids do.. but these do not.

Do your soil drench, and set out sticky traps on every plant. I do this even if I dont have a pest problem, but the sticky traps are early warning signs that you have a problem approaching.

Thank God I put it in the zip lock before I brought it in. I'm not gonna mention names but it's from a reputable seller. Never trust anyone with a clone.
I'm almost convinced at this point that clones are being sabotaged intentionally. My buddy just got some "reputable" clones from a company in Michigan and they exploded with white powdery mildew a few weeks after being in his room.

Seed only...

I haven't had powdery mildew or bugs other than fungus gnats in over a year.
Sealed room (no exhausts or intakes from outdoors)
Clean shoes (Wear shoes/slippers specifically for grow so your not tracking stuff in)
Don't let people in you grow that grow. (I know it sucks but share pics its not worth the risk)

I'm probably going to sound crazy but when I leave the grow store before I get in my car I literally spray my shoes with lysol just in case.

Yeah man that's the way to do it honestly. I heard some of the big Michigan nurseries been spreading russet mites and pm in the last few weeks. I always isolate clones for a few days in a zip lock bag in their own room but it's still a risk.
