Aphids...

So it all began when I moved a Thai hot chilli indoors for a couple of months.. I eventually realised that it had an aphid problem which was fairly significant. I removed the plant and wiped my tent down from top to bottom including everything inside.
Foolishly however I had began my seedling and there was a week of overlap where about 5-7 aphids found my little seedling and started their work. Once I noticed this of course I squashed them all, washed it off and was convinced I had done a really good job of removing them all.. after all it was only a seedling with the first set of single leaves after cotyledons..
Today, a month or so later and I notice that on the lowest set of leaves and possibly the original site, ive got loads of young aphids ... 20ish of them. They seem to be only on these leaves and I plucked the entire leaves off and into the bin.

I was stunned to discover this, obviously I hadn't done well enough in the first place but short of killing the seedling I think I did everything I could, even looking regularly for them. It's clear now that eggs had been laid.... Damned if I could ever see them...
What should I do to ensure they're gone for good? Is soapy water really enough to keep eggs away too? At this stage of the plants life I'm not afraid of using a more aggressive tactic, almost all of these leaves will be removed before harvest which is still months away.

Any help appreciated.

Dr zymes, eliminator, eradicated some aphids on plants I had outdoor last summer on contact. This stuff kills powdery mildew as well. The stuff is so safe you can drink it. Check out soil kings review on it on youtube. He sprays a mixed up solution in his mouth, rinses his mouth out with it and drinks it. Dude is crazy haha.
