Approaching Harvest

Hello everyone.

Im approaching harvest on two DPS GBOG. They arent quite ready, I think about 2 weeks left but want to get other opinions. Im not sure how long they have been flowering for as I didnt keep track but I think they are coming up on 7 weeks.

I had some issues this round I hadnt experienced before (you can see in the photos) which Im pretty sure was a ph issue and i had some sort of nutrient lockout, i think from overfeeding too heavily im not sure im still figuring all this out lol. I wasnt sure how to fix it and let it correct itself, im still not sure if its corrected but Im so close to the end Im just gonna ride it out. I dont think they look terrible... lol.

12 12 from seed, organic soil, megacrop, 600w led.

Trichs are mostly milky, or turning, a handful of clear and a fair bit of amber on the sugar leaves (none on buds yet).

About 2 weeks?

Its been a week and it looks a lot closer to being done than I thought it would at this point with how many white pistils were still showing.

Should I harvest these or go for another week? I dont know exactly how many days they are as I didnt keep track and its a 12 12 from seed grow. Both plants DPS Glueberry OG. One was topped the other was natural growth. Here are some photos.

Have you looks at the thx under a 30x scope yet? Should be all cloudy.

They look good. But if it's still dumping out white hairs you could wait and gain some weight if your not in a rush.

i have a 10x jewelers loupe. ive peeked through but its hard to make out the differences with only 10x, and I think I might agree about them all (or at the very least MOSTLY) cloudy because Im not seeing a huge difference between the trichomes under the 10x

I think I may just harvest one this weekend and the other next weekend. By the time next weekend rolls around the first one should be ready for jarring and might be good experience to push one a little longer to see what happens. Maybe itll get some nanners and pollinate one of my GSC if it starts flowering in time. I definitely want more seeds of this strain lol.

Get at least a 60x, don't use the wrong tools, it makes the job hard.

give em a week,unless you want more of a sativa effect....the longer they go,the more stonier it will get

i still think im gonna harvest one this weekend lol. ill let the nicer looking one go another week haha. i dont mind so much a sativa high, its actually nice the super heavy indicas make it hard for me to smoke throughout the day and still function effectively while i work lol.

money is not so much an issue, slightly because i have a $10k car project going on lol but its 90% finished so dropping 50-100 bucks on something isnt a huge deal but to b honest id rather invest in another light first so i could give my plants a proper veg. its getting old only harvesting an ounce or two at a time, at most. i feel like im well on my way to growing quality flowers and can handle a larger grow now.

Yeah, it is great to learn what the difference is, it is your weed, you smoke it when you want.to mate

no, space and lighting is limited right now, hence 12 12 from seed. once i get another light ill be much more motivated to clear out a space to veg and take clones but with one light thats gonna be a tough task. im planning to purchase more seeds of this strain before too long so if i find something i think is really good ill take a few cuttings. i really wish i had cloned my white 99 plant. i think its a kind of rare strain, i havent seen any white 99 seeds but i see tons of cindy 99 around from a handful of breeders. im not sure who the white 99 breeder was but was some of the best flower ive had in a long while and found a single seed out of 2 ounces or so that i purchased. lucky me that is was a female lol. she yielded about 25 grams dry weight!

Ill definitely have a smoke report posted when it comes to the time.

I sitll havent harvested the topped GBOG. I harvested the single cola last week and its in jars now and smells great and is pretty dank but doesnt have the potency I was hoping for. I havent smoked a ton of it yet but Ive squished a few smaller nugs and they are gushers lol. Very flavorful.

The topped plant is still pushing out new calyx's and pistils but is slowing down now. Heres shot from earlier today. I was letting her fade expecting to harvest sooner so Ive been giving her nutes this past week and she has been turning green again a little bit. Might push her another week I dunno yet.

Also I picked up a 10 pack of mycotek deer hunter which came with 19 seeds. Ill be putting a couple in 12 12 and hoping for at least a female but if not ill let it pollinate one of my GSC lol.

Id say the window is open for harvest. Just when now is up too you.
