Are 22 Seer mini splits really that effecient on electricity?

Also how hard are they to install. I had one doen years ago in Florida. I am seeing 22 Seer which sounds really effecient. Should I buy two or three separate units or is multizoned use less energy.

Any brands or web sites? airconditioner.com has some deals but probably Chinese stuff that may last a year or two.

I was speaking of mini-splits in general. The drains can be finicky and the blower wheels need to be kept clean. It's best to run the blower on at least medium, if it's ran on slow for months at a time they grow a mold on the wheel. You can buy a Pioneer online very reasonable......
