Are baseball cards going up in value? Are they worth investing in? Are cards that arnt perfect still worth a lot? what if their just cards and you don't know the grade? How much do you think Barry Bonds rookie card is worth?

back in the 90s they were worth lots, but since then they have slowly diminished in value. The only cards worth very much now are probably 1 of 1 left in the world. I quit buying them many years ago just because they had all lost their value. Best way to see if one is worth anything go on ebay type in the card you have and see what they are selling for.

I thought a Barry Bonds rookie in decent shape was worth 100$ easy, I mean he holds the H.R. record but after checking it out maybe it's only worth 10 or 20$. It seemed like 100$ was a good deal but maybe theirs a lot of them.

I used to be a huge collector in the 90's. Even doing the price guide for Tuff Stuff. Was fun and exciting then......

Now, it's just a waste of time and money. They just dont have the value to them much anymore. The ones that do have value are to expensive.

Si I wasted 100$ I was excited and thought it was a really good deal. And its not like people will start collecting them again no ones going to want cards when they have the internet. no one wants old crap anymore oh well. I thought it would be good but I don't think people care about baseball cards nowadays

I've got about $50,000 worth of cards (what they were priced in the mid 90's). The biggest offer I've gotten so far is $2,500. :(

At least I didn't buy them. They were given to me.

I had a huge box of high-end inserts stolen from me. We're talking Barry Sanders rookies, various memorabilia cards, lots of autos etc. I hope the little bastard who stole them didn't get shit in return though that's wishful thinking. Even 5 bucks would have been better than getting them stolen. Good to hear they have depreciated in my case.
