Are cool tubes for me

well i been thinking about investing some $$$ in a cool tube setup im running 2 400 watt hps's with an a/c in the window and it works great temps are at 74 degree's but i was thinking if i switch to a cool tube set up will i be able to get rid of the ac and same some $$$ on the electric bill so my question is are they worth the investment and will i be able to mantain the same temps with out the ac

the way i would set it up is like the pic

You just have to run fans and my cool tubes smoked bulbs in two flowering stages.I have three in the floorbecause they are known not to spread an even canopy.When you enter the room it blinds you,the light needs to be directed downward,I went back to my super suns GOOD LUCK

ya im not sure if i like the reflector that comes with it
