Are my plants Dying or what? (Pics)

Ok guys here are my plants after 2 weeks. They are under 3 CFL bulbs for 24 hours a day! I also have a fan blowing on them lightly. My questions was why are they leaning over like that, instead of growing upward.. Any tips will help thanks guys!

I just repositioned the light closer to the plants so.. But by are they leaning over intead of growing up.. and why do the leaves have brown on them?

You need more wattage and put them closer to the plants

what kind ligths use?

Some CFL Bulbs. 3 of them.

You need those lights a 1.5" away from ur babys. They'll aways learn towards the light, so keep them rt above ur plants.

Yeah, Definitely put them closer. If you can put three fingers between the lights and the plants without it burning you hand you're good, but be careful because they might grow quickly and into the light and burn themselves.
