Are my plants on the right track?

This is my second grow, but first time actually having female plants. They are growing in soil and have been in 12/12 for a few weeks. I was hoping that I could get some input on the progress of the plants, whether or not they are on the right track, etc. along with any other observations. thanks.

They look on track...You didn't mention lights, nutes...etc... but all in all, they look good man... Welcome... +rep
