Are my plants re vegging???

So over the past week I’ve noticed my plants are growing strange.

They seem to be growing more dark small leaves out of bud sites, some seem to be foxtailing and the buds just seem generally light and like they’re not adding any weight.

Ive had a look online and they look like they are re vegging, can anyone confirm this and if so what can I do? I don’t think there is a light leak I’ve been in the grow room on lights out and couldn’t see any light gaps.

I agree, it doesn't look like reveg. With revegging, the topmost growth on a bud site will be basil-looking leaves; the topmost growth on yours is still flower.

Just looks like a leafy cultivar.
