Are my plants ready to harvest, please comment.

I'm pretty sure my plants are ready to harvest I just want a second opinion to verify for me. They are all grand daddy purple an indica strain and I was going to harvest on Monday which will put them at 9 full weeks since the flip.

I know what to look for on the trichomes but sometimes it's not easy for me to tell since this is my first grow. I have some pics with a cheap pocket microscope but I could only take a pic of a sugar leaf, the actual bud trichomes barely have any amber on them. I would like more of a body high than a cerebral high since this is for pain and I know there should be some amber but it's going to be 9 full weeks soon and I dont want to wait too long. Most of the pics are just of the buds but you could probably zoom in to take a better look at the trichomes. Any input would be greatly appreciated because it's kind of driving me nuts lol, thanks!

I like to go by three factors from rougher to finer focus. First is manufacturers time, which is usually within a week or two of the actual harvest windows. I check out the state of the calyx and then pistils next, then trichomes to home in on the best day. What colour, what state of recession into the calyx... your pistils look like they are basically all reddish now.

Is your trichome shot of a leaf or a calyx? Calyx shots are preferred, and if yours is a leaf, you may still have some days. If that is a side angle of a calyx, then yeah you have ambers and you are within
A day or so of your window.

The pic of the trichomes is of a leaf, not a calyx, it was too difficult to take a pic with the microscope for a calyx otherwise I would of. The calyx trichomes are milky to half milky and half clear. There are very few amber trichomes on the actual calyx yet. Thanks for your input. I guess maybe another week? That would put it at 10 full weeks which seems pretty long for an indica but I rather be safe than have a weak cerebral high.

Ya that's what I dont want, I want a nice body high or at least a mix of both so I guess I need to wait a bit longer
