A plant can be put in flowering anytime you wish. The longer you wait the more bud sites you will have. Also, I would probably wait until the nute issue you have clears up. Good Luck!

I would wait a while.... they are not very big, are you flowering in that cabinet? If so you may have to flip so they have room to grow

theey r clones,i think thats why the tips r cut.i do this when i clone.
