Are these hermies? They look like them

Hi guys, Im in week 4 of my 6 plant grow and one of the plants have started growing wierd things on the top of the cola, are these hermies? The strain is sage n sour.

The other plants dont have these and are growing healthy, here are a few pics to have a look.

Take a closer picture and this time use some light,... regular light. Not that purple crap. You can't see shit under those purple lights.

if you need some help with it, follow the link in my signature, it goes to a hermie thread here

now u have a decision, what r u gonna do with it, keep it and finish her, or destroy here. ur late in flower so you have choices

Thats a bummer... if I keep it, it would end up pollinating the rest of my ladies, I guess I would try and remove the male flowers as they are only on a few tops.

u can or move it out and finish I somewhere else that way u don't give the rest of the crop pollen.

How close are your lights? It looks like they might be bleached from your lights being too close.
