Are these just preflowers on this plant?

I was wanting to know if these are just preflowers on this plant or is it starting to flower?
I had her outside since February here in northern ca.

Looks like she's starting to flower. She'll re-veg now unless you light deprive.

Early morning and late afternoon the sun is filtered, weak and useless and just gets in the way of the process. Shaded plants is a waste IMO. I just use the direct sun if not she might as well be in the dark to promote good flowers. 8 to 4 baby 8 to 4 that's all you need. They flower fast !!!

Looks like she's budding too me buddy.

At least you know it's a Girl.
