Are these nuts on my plant?

This is the only one out of four plants that has this, really hoping it’s genetics bc if these are nuts then this mf probably had a foursome with my girls.

HA! Ab that... I made a post yesterday in newbie section, but yeah I was lazy n high an in a rush one day and didn’t measure liquid seaweed or cal mag kinda eyeballed n dumped it in, I know I put too much. I didn’t ph either and used my shitty ass tap water that I ph’d with citric acid and it’s been downhill since. Any suggestions? They are progressively getting worse everyday but buds are still growing decent.
