Are these plants done for ?

Hey, igot these 3 cuttings off a friend and they had already started flowering at 1/2 a foot tall only just rooted ! i put them straight onto 20 hours light in an nft tank in groden cubes and got the ph and nuts right. its been almost 2 weeks with NO sign of vegative growth i need to get them bigger but dunno if its too late for the plant ?

any input will be greatly aprechiated
