are these plants sick ? i think they have numerous problems

hi all , i have these plants living with me at moment , they are not mine , but im a bit concerned for them , there is currently 10 dark devil autos and 1 somango auto , the current set up is 1.4 meter tent , 1 cfl 8900 lumis light hanging low and a 600 w hps dual spectrum light , which he uses 6 hours of the day due to heat problems , the cfl is on 24 hours a day , feeds them every second day or when needed with cyco bloom a&b and cyco swell , also adds molasses the ph level is 6.4 , but i think they have problem , some of the leaves are clawing , nitrogen overload ? , others have lost the colour , some even have burns , im no expert but im sure there is something wrong , so i thought i would ask people that know , he says the plants are about 6 weeks in flower .

Sounds and looks like your friend should read a grow bible a couple times lol the plants need 12hrs light 12hrs dark during flower, no exceptions. If you can't control the heat you need to get some more equipment to do so, or get a smaller light you can handle. I'd just ride these out the best you can and start over with better equipment and knowledge! Cob lights are a good investment btw! Cheers!

they are autos so if i have the light 18-20 hours a day that would do , im going to add the inline fan , he says it too powerful , dont really believe him and change the 600 watt light for 400 watt would that solve most of the problems , what about the clawed leaves tho , ive read somewhere its too much nitrogen , im just trying to save them as they haven't got long left , thanks for help , im really just trying to figure whats wrong i dont even smoke the stuff

there is also 3 mini clip on fans running as well , but its getting hot , around 90f , just tell me what i need and i can sort it , dont really want to loose them , would be a real shame x

Ah, I don't know anything about autos lol they don't sound that great from what I've read. I'll stick to my reg or fem seeds but yea add that inline fan. How big is it? Do you have air flowing in and also out? And do you have an exhaust hood on your light? And changing the light will most likely not solve your problems, just heat issues. I'm not the person to solve late flowing issues haha but yes clawing means too much N. it also looks like you only have half of your pots filled with soil? Or coco? Idk if you can do much this late in flower man especially with autos xD start fresh when these are done and follow a grow bible or someone with nice plants and try to use stuff othergrows use, soil, nutes, lights etc, so it's easier for them to help you in the future! I think I will just let them be then water with water , there is a hood with the light no exhaust, inline fan is 5inch , I know the pots are only half full , I haven't got a clue why , cheap skate twat Think your right tho , leave and see what they do , then only have about 2 weeks left if the survive that , thanks for your help , really helpful

Yea you need to get an exhaust hood on hps if you're gonna use in a tent. The fan sounds like it'll do. Lol get some fox farms ocean forest soil, good stuff! Here's one of my plants a week into flower! She's hungry in the pics tho

Possible overwatering, along with letting the dirt wick back up the run-off.

Does look like multiple issues here, I agree with reading up on it.

Yeah you are going to need a cooltube fixture for the light and a decent exhaust fan sucking the heat created by the light out of the tent i had the same problem in my tent however iwas fortunate enough to have a portable ac unit that i ducted into my tent running 2x600 watt hps without cooltubes temp doesnt go above 27 degrees and thats only on a hot day sits at 25 degrees most of the time. Good luck.

cant really afford the exhaust system , im not even willing to buy them either , my so called mate can do 1, anyway ive added the the inline intake fan , in between the carbon filter and tent , too small to put inside , hope ive done it right and it is ment to sound like a airplane , god knows but its the brought the temp down to 80f / 26c , think i will leave them now , need to start flushing them ready for the chop , never again will i look after someone else mistakes , but think im going to give it go myself when im back from hols , quite exciting really these are what i have something similar , with more ducting 6" and 4" , made by kaizen , i really haven't got a clue which way they go , do you use them both together ? thanks again sharon x

Carbon filter should be in the tent and air should be extracted from the tent through it to eliminate the smell having it attached to your intake is useless as its only cleaning the air you are taking into the tent. If you have 2 inline fans and 1 is bigger/more powerful than the other then use that for your extract and the smaller for intake. Extract at the top of the tent intake at the bottom. Hope this helps. they are not mine if you read the post , im trying my best to save them , your right tho , if you cant do it dont bother ! the fact is the guy that planted them cant grow for shit and should stay well clear of living things, im sure he said hes done it before , he also dried his bud with a 600watt light says it all really

I mean I'm shitty grower too,but at least I provide them with all nessesery requirements for succesfull grow,soil,nutes,vent and light, but I fail along the way.. But when I see how poor eviroment some of girls get,my heart hurts..So if you cannot provide them with minimum req. to grow,dont torture them either. I dont mean you like you personaly, I mean you like all of us..
