Are those pollen sacks?

Hi there,

I have a sea of green of mokum's tulip, three days ago I glared the lower half and I think some pollen sacs appeared, I am not sure or I don't want to believe, I just need some confirmation.

If it's only a couple just pick them off and keep an eye on it ,good luck
