Are you supposed to run aerocloner 24/7?

Just made an aerocloner pic below. I wanted to see if i should water 24/7 or not.

I have added hormex and some h2o2 in as well and balanced ph to 5-6 area.

u can get them at lowes in electrical, i forget what they are called but all of them are in the same section
