I have a pair of Area 51 sgs-160 lights that have been stored for a while.

I can make a good deal for anyone with interest.

Yep. It was a hard lesson to learn, but, when you buy this year's grow light, it will be old come next year. But, if you buy last year's light, then it will be ancient and only light historians will be interested in it. I have a few of those kinds of lights. But, hey, look at it this way: When you bought those lights, they were much more advanced than whatever you had been using before. So, do what I do.... live in the past! ;)
 
I still use a couple a51 panels as strong supplemental lights with COBs fixtures and they are still as bright as new and easily outdo HPS. Newest light I have is a Northern Grow Lights Photon 180 with Citizen 1818s.
 
New tech has really killed the cash value of discreet diode panels. I’d sell mine if that was reasonable. Talking under $100.

I'm no "fool". And in case you haven't noticed, every other poster in your thread has said exactly as I have. So, sorry you're bubbles burst and your hopes of selling it, crushed.

Now OP is trying to sell some lights that had a solid rep when they were being sold and the fanboys are busting his balls saying - wait, those old pieces of shit ain't good for nothing but a door stop?? :confused:
Maybe an adjustawing with a digi ballast would have been a better investment? At least no one could say that it won't grow plants lol :lol:
 
Those 7 year old panels have never needed anything fixed, no bulbs even. No cost in maintaining, not one dime. Way outdo those archaic sodium lights still yet.
