Not only "has" Mexico decriminalized MJ but it also decriminalized (for personal use) all other drugs as well. This is now in effect... I live here and man, it is so cool! I'm not down with synthetics for the most part but if your already doing it then why not? Thing is, if you get caught with any of this stuff, on the 3rd time you are ordered a mandatory detox program. Shitty but at least I ain't going to jail! I heard rumors that legal personal use cultivation is is under way. Viva las Americas cabrones!!!
