Arjans Ultra Haze 1 Not Growing!

Hi, my AUH1 was cloned on 7/1/09 and it still doesn't seem done on its 20th wk of flowering. I cut off an extremely fluffy nug that weighs .4 grams a few days ago. It could possibly be pH or EC as I don't have a measure for those but I do give it plain water a lot more often than I nute as a countermeasure. Can someone please help me fix this problem? The 2nd AUH1 plant seems like its in better shape but it's almost in wk 13 of flower which means it should be done by this time but doesn't seem so (both went straight to flower). I placed a fan blowing on the plants with a small bottle of CO2 behind it about a month ago. The last pic is of my 2nd AUH1.

Also,/ my moms making me chop 1 down by 11/18/09 (tommorrow) so what last things should I do in prep for harvest. I think someone said to leave it in complete darkess.

Probably not going to grow pure sativas again.

Wow, I don't even know what to say. Twenty weeks of 12/12 and it looks like that? That plant is never going to fully mature at that rate. Stick with indicas, bro!
