Arkansas growers???

Any fellow GUERILLAS from the SAW.....How early can we get started folks?

I'm from the Arkansas area and was wondering how early can we in this area get started on an outdoor grow. And what you think is the best strain for our area. We get rain to dry spells to heat waves during the grow season. My canopy cannot go over 7 ft. as this is the height of the shed that sits in front of the garden area. width of 15ft. length of10ft. How many plants?
