Has anyone used Athena before if so I need advice I mixed 1lb grow to a gallon of water and likewise for the core is this ok

Yeah they have feed schedules for the pro mixed with a gallon of water on the website. I use the pro line diluted the same way

You still have to mix up that liquid concentrate into another jug before feeding though

You just mixed up a concentrated stock solution. You have to then mix that in water to the proper strength.

Yeah I started to worry that they were going to feed that stock concentrate
